Larra Murdock has worked and lived in the Park City and Heber area for 23 years. She has been practicing massage for 20 years and the Rolf Method of Structural Integration for 13 years.
The goal of her practice of Massage and Structural Integration, “Rolfing” and Scar Tissue work is to help improve each individuals performance and ability to achieve their goals, by helping their body be more efficient, balanced, and at ease.
For some this may be met with massage to help keep the muscles and tissue healthy and free of stress and tension. Through the work of Dr Rolf’s method of Structural Integration we can improve the body’s alignment and balance and eliminate holding patterns and chronic pain. I also offer focused scar tissue work, this is a very gentle method to help new and old scars diminish and allow the tissue more freedom.
